E. L. Habetz Builders is pleased to announce the launch of its new website with a host of features designed for the convenience of subcontractors and potential clients alike.

Subcontractors can now request invitations to bid online, and view and download plans in an online plan room. The plan room includes a current bid schedule, project documents, and E. L. Habetz company forms, with more features to be added in the future. Subcontractors can also submit pre-qualification information on-line or download a printable form which can be faxed or mailed to E. L. Habetz.

E. L. Habetz Begins New Sunset Town Hall Project

E. L. Habetz Builders recently began construction of a new city hall for the Town of Sunset in Sunset, LA. The new 1760 square-foot facility will be located off of Marie Street and Boudreaux Street.

The Sunset Town Hall project consists of offices for the Mayor and city employees, parking and drives, millwork, as well as plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.

Construction began in January and is scheduled to be complete at the end of August. Project team members include the owner Town of Sunset, general contractor E. L. Habetz Builders and Lynn Guidry Architect.
